The Fanfakids are going to rehearse and perform again with their friends 'the Twerammpon Traditionals' and will be taking off on the 4th of August. In 2006 they went to Ghana for the first time and in 2007 the Twerammpon Traditionals came to Belgium. The audience could enjoy the result of this project during some smaller and bigger festivals in Belgium and The Netherlands. We decided to continue and expand the exchange project because of the huge amount of positive reactions! This year the Fanfakids will not only go to Ghana, but also tour in Togo and Benin together with the Twerammpon Traditionals. If all goes well, both bands will be back in Belgium during the summer of 2009 to present their new reportoire at different festivals.
