It's hard labour for the Bagadski's at the recording studio, Said is demonstrating that! Can't wait to listen to the tracks? Hang in there, they're coming right up!
During the next weeks, the grooves of Brassafrik and Bagadski will be eternalised ! The musicians will be entering a professional recording studio to make a demotape. This will put a spell on many ears without any doubt. Next summer, even more people will dance on the music of these 2 groups!
To be continued...
We're setting up lessons of krakeb (Big marockin metal castagnettes) and Gnawa dancing beginning the 8th of January. The lessons will start at 7 and end at 9. They are open to anyone older than 14 and free. You can begin participating at any given time.
They're taking place in De Vaartkapoen, Jozefstraat 12 in Sint-Jans-Molenbeek.
We hope to see you at one of the lessons!

Selfmade drums, soundobjects and the metal-trance of Moroccan krakeb are the pounding heartthrob of this wild and trashy powerbeatformation. With the same ease their music refers to laidback Brazilian countryside as well as to urban nervosity. Drum 'n bass, trip-folk, dance-trance, maracatu, neolithic or postnuclear: this contemporary folkfunk combines the best of quite a few worlds in hypnotic partyvibes.
The flexibility of the band allows them them to perform in all types of interventions, parades or afterparties.
