08 November > VelotroniX is getting ready...
VelotroniX is a new MET-X production under the artistic direction of Jo Zanders, that will start to play in May 2012. The band uses different sound objects and percussion instruments to create a particular and utmost compelling universe. The rehearsals will start soon and the musicians are quivering to get active! Biography
Velotronix is a ‘real mean beatmachine’ that emanates from Bagadski, a mobile trashdrum band. This formation is not as mobile but even more trashy : 8 percussionists play pounding rhythms on home made drums, transformed drumkits, Moroccan Krakebs ans last but not least electric amplified DIY lamellophones. Add some guitar amplification, some fuzzboxes and other effects to that and this crowd is ready to rock !
Velotronix is currently preparing for a first season starting in May 2012...
