Ready to unleash your desire to express yourself and get your vitality flowing? MetX and Centre Culturel Bruegel are joining forces with choreographer, dancer and Shiatsu practitioner Ilaria Orlandini to offer you a series of workshops on dance & improvisation. The first performances are scheduled during musical events in the public space in the spring of 2025.

 

QUOI?

Workshops dance and instant composition by Ilaria Orlandini, based on the direct and profound connection between body and mind, and the anchoring of action in the present.

 

Occasional workshops in contemporary dance technique will be led by choreographer and dancer Fanny Brouyaux.

 

A safe space will be created to stimulate creativity and encourage imagination.

FOR WHO?

Anyone aged 16 and over who is motivated to undertake a listening practice guided by intuition and to commit to being present as regularly as possible.
