MetX jams for charity - 23/10/2019

MetX jams for charity

On November 30 we organised a MetX Solidarity Jam for Fair Saturday and the charity campaign Brussel Helpt. All night long people enjoyed good music while supporting a good cause. On the menu: a try out by our new group Bakanaï, a sticky jam session and a spaghetti fest for the benefit of DoucheFLUX.

At our MetX Jam Supreme sessions you can join other musicians, both professionals and amateurs, and tune in to a mix of various musical genres. Our most recent edition took place on Fair Saturday, a global initiative that highlights the social impact of cultural organisations.

The entire evening was in support of the BRUZZ charity campaign Brussel Helpt, with good music and pasta for the benefit of DoucheFLUX. This organisation in Anderlecht promotes the reintegration of people living in precarious conditions.

The pasta had been prepared by La Petite Maison, a socio-cultural project initiated by a group of citizens with and without official documents. Drinks were served by Oxfam Wereldwinkels Brussel.
