In 2021 we’ll be releasing a new volume of our MetXology compilation albums. Mâäk Quintet and Marockin’ Brass started recording at the end of 2020. Fanfakids, BRUiTAL and Karkaba will follow soon. The new tracks will be available online and hopefully to be discovered at a concert or festival near you!

Our production house made for and by musicians regularly releases a compilation of recent music tracks from the various MetX groups. These MetXologies give you an excellent overview of what MetX has to offer in terms of both professional productions and community art projects.

For our MetXology Volume 6, we collaborate with sound engineer Vincent De Bast (MikMâäk, Antoine Pierre & Urbex Electric, Lorenzo Di Maio, …). At the end of last year, Laurent Blondiau and Luc Mishalle already recorded some tracks of respectively Mâäk Quintet and Marockin’ Brass. The Fanfakids, BRUiTAL and Karkaba will start recording soon. These brand new compositions, supplemented with previously unreleased tracks by amongst others Remork & Karkaba, will become available online in the course of 2021.

Of course, we won’t forget the visual aspect! Some groups will therefore take the opportunity to present new outfits, video clips and other visual goodies.
